production method | 50g of sodium oleate can be prepared by reacting 46.4G of oleic acid with calculated amounts of sodium hydroxide solution. Dissolve in 2L of water and heat to 90 °c. Then, a solution prepared by dissolving 25g of calcium chloride in 200ml of water was added dropwise. A white precipitate was obtained, which was filtered off and washed with distilled water until no chloride ion was present. It was dried by suction and dried in a desiccator with anhydrous calcium chloride. If baked in an oven heated to 105 °c for 45min, it turned into a pale yellow, clear solid. |
